项目摘要

令和4年度は、文献検索を行い、臨地実習における学業的援助要請または援助要請の論文と学業的援助要請の定義に該当する論文の内容を確認した。学業的援助要請の自己評価尺度を作成にあたり、援助要請のプロセスの段階を参考にして、論文内に援助要請プロセスの段階を示す内容があるかを確認した。その結果、「学習上の困難や直面する問題」の記述は見られたが、援助要請の判断に繋がる内容ではなかった。また、研究者が以前行った質的研究では「援助の目的」や「援助を求める」に焦点をあてていた。そのため、援助要請プロセスのすべての段階における具体的な内容を文献より抽出することができなかった。既存の文献では援助要請の全体がつかめないため、質的研究を行う必要性が生じた。そのため、臨地実習における援助要請の特徴を再考し、学生の自己評価尺度の開発として進めてよいかを検討した。現時点で考えられる臨地実習の援助要請の特徴として、学生は看護の学習過程にあるため学生自身で解決できない状況もあり、適切な時に適切な援助要請をしたかを判断するには学生側の視点だけでなく教員側の視点も必要と考える。実習での多様な人的環境や学習環境も学生の援助要請に影響を与える。そのため、臨地実習で教員は指導者と協力して学生が学習しやすいように学習環境を調整し、学生の学習状況や援助要請の状況(援助要請をしない場合も含む)を把握し、必要な学習支援を行う。このことから、学生の学習状況だけでなく教員の学習支援も含めて、学業的援助要請を捉える必要があると考えている。
