本研究では、具体的な国際調査研究活動を通じて、アラスカ州の先住民族理解教育・共生社会化推進策とへき地教育の先駆的な教育政策・実践的方策と発展条件をとらえるために、５点の調査分析により検討を進めてきた。まず、先行研究の文献検討による研究の到達点と課題を見据え、本研究での調査分析の視点を再度確認することができた。2022年度末には、アラスカ州への渡航調査によって、アラスカ大学教育学部のカリキュラムと免許発行システムについての資料の収集と、教育学部長へのヒアリングを実施することができた。アラスカ州の学校はへき地小規模校が多く、アラスカ州の教師は先住民族理解と同時に、少人数・複式学級に合わせた指導方法を会得することが不可欠となっていた。「アラスカスタンダード」の歴史的な継承と今後の必要性に対するヒアリングを行うことができた。さらに、へき地小規模校に応じた指導方法を明らかにすることが地域に応じた先住民族理解教育の指導方法をも明らかにできる観点を見出すことにつながり、へき地小規模校への実際の訪問から現場教師や学校管理職との意見交流からとらえることができた。さらに、日本と同様にアラスカ州の教師不足の問題や教員の質保証の取組みの必要性にも言及し、アラスカ大学の今後の取り組み課題は、日本の教員養成の喫緊の課題との共通項も見出すこともできた。

This study focuses on specific international research activities, including general education, intergrowth and socialization promotion policies, advanced education policies, practical policies, and development conditions. The research point and topic of the previous research literature review are reviewed, and the viewpoint of the research analysis is reconfirmed. At the end of fiscal 2022, the Ministry of Education issued a report on the collection of data from the Department of Education of the University of Hong Kong and the Ministry of Education. The state's schools are small in scale, and the state's teachers are not able to understand the nation at the same time, and the number of students is small. The history of the "lost" is necessary for the future. Small scale schools in China have been visited by local teachers and school administrators to exchange views. In addition, Japan and the United States are facing the problem of insufficient teachers and the necessity of quality assurance for teachers. The common problem of future selection for universities and the problem of shortage of teachers in Japan are discussed.
