本研究の目的は、(1)一時預かり事業を担う保育者が、日々の保育を担うことにより形成した専門的な知識や技術を明らかにすること、(2)明らかにした結果を、保育者同士が共有できる研修用プラットフォームを構築し運用することで、これをデータ収集にも利用し、さらなる専門的知識・技術の詳細を検討することである。2022年度はプラットフォームの構築に向けての準備期間としており、ウェブサイト制作会社と打ち合わせを行いその仕様について検討したり、アップロードする内容について共同研究者と計画を立てた。また、アップロード内容の検討と今後のデータ分析のプレ調査を目的として、既存の匿名掲示版ウェブサイトにあるコメント欄のデータを分析し、学会発表にて公表の予定をしている。対象としたデータは、一時預かり事業を利用したことのある保護者による書き込みである。分析方法には、質的データ分析法（佐藤，2008）を利用した。分析時には、以下の二つの視点を枠組みとしてそれぞれに分析を行った。まず1点目は、一時預かり事業を利用した目的に着目して分析した。2点目として、一時預かり事業利用後の感情を軸にしてコメントを分類し、それぞれ抱いた感情の理由について分析をした。分析の結果、一時預かり事業を利用する目的は、保護者都合だけではなく利用する子どものきょうだいの社会参加を支えていること、家事時間の確保や身体の休息などの子育て世帯の生活の質を向上させるため、子ども自身の発達を支えるためであることが分かった。また、一時預かり事業を利用することにあたり、保護者は保育者の専門性を信頼していること、育児モデルとなり得ることも明らかとなった。一方で、保護者と保育者と関係性構築が難しい点として、情報共有の不足が根底にあることも分かった。
