项目摘要

女性アルコール依存症者の社会的困難を把握するため、地域の支援者や支援機関の知見を集約するために、ネットワークの構築を手がけた。その際、KYOTO SCOPEの知見を生かし、支援者間のケースカンファレンスを重ねる方法をとった。今年度は6回のカンファレンスを重ね、支援者が把握する困難を抱える女性やアルコール問題を抱えるケースを主題にした。そのなかで、ケースの社会的困難をどのような見立てで把握するのか、支援者の経験や職種により異なることが分った。カンファレンス内で、今後の支援の方向性を新たに見出すことが多く、参加者から自身の学びと共に、支援に直ぐに活用できる地域資源の情報(支援者や支援機関の特徴、地域活動)が手に入ることで、有意義なカンファレンス運営が継続できている。また、カンファレンスに多様な支援者や支援機関に参加してもらえるよう、支援者から紹介してもらい、研究趣旨と共に女性やアルコール依存症者の支援困難事例をヒアリングした。各支援機関に１例以上、アルコール問題を抱えているケースや、女性の困難ケースに遭遇しており、研究趣旨の理解と共に、他機関との連携の必要性を認識していることが分った。さらに、オンライン連携プラットフォームの構築に向けて、ケースカンファレンス参加者やヒアリングした支援者から希望する機能を聞いている。ネーミングやデザインなどをワークショップ形式で話し合うことで、連携の必要性の再認識と連携強化の機会としている。ケースカンファレンス時に話し合いの時間を設けて、計3回実施し、ネーミング候補と希望する機能を把握できた。
