项目摘要

本研究は，「子どもの気質特徴に合ったベビーマッサージプログラム」と「子どもの気質特徴に合った親子ふれあい遊びプログラム」の2つの育児支援プログラムを用いて，子どもに縦断的に介入，評価・分析し，追跡的に子どもの精神面および情緒面への発達的効果を明らかにすることを目的としている。2022年度は，新型コロナウイルス感染症に対する基本的な感染対策をした上で，3つの地域で合計8回の調査を対面で実施した。各地域で研究協力者である自治体や子育て支援センターなどと協力して参加募集を行った。研究参加に同意した1歳の子どもの養育者を対象に，研究参加同意書，幼児気質質問紙，子どもの状態についての質問紙，子どもの気持ちについての質悶紙を郵送し，記入後に返送するよう求めた。その後，気質特徴に合ったベビーマッサージの会を，感染状況に配慮して参加人数を限定しながら，各地域で対面で実施した。会場で子どもの気質特徴と気質質問紙の結果の見方を対面で説明し，研究協力者のベビーマッサージインストラクターが、2017年度に作成したパンフレットを用いて子どもの気質特徴に合ったベビーマッサージを対面で紹介した。1ヵ月後に子どもの気持ちについての質問紙，自由記述質問紙への回答と返送を参加者に求め，インタビュー調査も実施した。2022年度の調査結果より，子どもの気質特徴をフィードバック後の気質特徴に合ったベビーマッサージ体験が，養育者が認知する子どもの精神的発達と情緒的発達にどのような効果があるのかを検討した。

This study aims to investigate the effects of two types of parenting support programs, namely, the combination of biological characteristics of children and the combination of parental characteristics of children, on the development of mental and emotional aspects of children.
