项目摘要

本研究では，器械運動のマット運動における倒立について，運動感覚の変化（主観的変化）と倒立姿勢の変化（客観的変化）の双方から学習者の身体操作感を向上させ，倒立に対する「恐怖心」を緩和する指導法の開発を目的とする．そのため，合理的で正しい姿勢の倒立を行うために決定的な要因である肩周辺（主に肩甲上腕関節）の動かし方に着目し，段階的な指導を行う．本研究の成果により，倒立や器械運動の枠に留まらず，全ての体育・スポーツ現場における身体操作感の向上と「恐怖心」の緩和に役立てることができる．研究1年目である令和4年度は，大学生を対象に倒立技を実施した際の恐怖心とその要因についてアンケート調査を実施した．その結果，倒立前転を幇助なしで実施できない学習者は、倒立前転に恐怖心を抱いており，その要因が「倒立ができないと感じていること」にあることがわかった．さらに，倒立を実施することに恐怖心を抱いている学習者は、主に倒立時に「自分の身体を支えられない」と感じていたことがわかった．このことから，「自分の身体をしっかり支えられる」という感覚を身につけることが、恐怖心を緩和することにつながる可能性があることが示唆された．さらに，これまで指導の現場では，倒立を行う際のポイントとして「肩で押す」や「肩を入れる」などの表現によって理想とする倒立姿勢を示してきたが，どのような身体操作をすればそのような動きを達成できるのかについて、学習者に理解されていない可能性があると考えられる．今後，不安定感および恐怖心を緩和するためには、肩甲帯を中心とした具体的な肩の動かし方を身につけることが効果的であることが示唆された.
