项目摘要

2022年の研究実績は以下のようである。第1に、学生調査の国際比較研究に関してはオーストアリアの学生調査について研究した。オーストラリアの学生調査とその指標は、日本での学生調査の実施と活用に示唆が大きい。オーストラリアでは、2012 年から学生経験調査(SES)を開始し、2015 年から学習教育のための質指標(QILT)の情報公表をしている。現在では、複数の学生調査を実施し、入学から就職まで情報公表をしている。なお、オーストアリアの学生調査についての研究成果は、2018年度基盤研究(C)18K02735の研究成果の一部でもある。第2に、大学が管理する学生情報に関して、IRに特化したダッシュボードを利用して学生情報を可視化した。具体的にはヴェルク株式会社のIRQuAを利用した。IRQuAには、1．入試ダッシュボード（志願倍率・入学定員充足率・志願者数・歩留り率）、2．学生数ダッシュボード（収容定員充足率・ST比・学生数・留年率・退学率）、3．GPAダッシュボード（平均GPAの推移・GPAの分布）、4．進路ダッシュボード（進路決定率・就職率）等がある。今後は、IR関係者による学内の意思決定に資するだけでなく、大学の多くの教職員や社会への情報公開にも資するダッシュボードやファクトブックへ展開することを予定している。第3に、大学評価に関連して中期目標・中期計画の前文を分析した。学生調査についても、主に量的データが分析対象であり、質的データの活用は課題である。2022年度はテキスト計量分析の手法で、中期目標・中期計画を研究した。今後は、大学評価の文書だけでなく、学生調査の自由記述データ等の質的データも分析する予定である。

The research results for 2022 are as follows: The first part is about the international comparative study of student survey. The index of the student survey in Japan and the implementation of the student survey in Japan are shown in the table.
