项目摘要

本研究は、ピアノ初学者への教育実践において、協調学習とピアノアンサンブルを取り入れた指導モデルの効果を検討することを目的としている。令和の日本型学校教育が目指す教員の資質・能力を育成するためには、個別学習とグループ学習を組み合わせた協調学習が有効であると考えられる。ピアノアンサンブルには、音楽表現力およびコミュニケーションスキルの向上だけでなく、協調学習も促進する効果が期待される。令和４年度は、個別学習用テキストとして広く普及している「全訳バイエルピアノ教則本」を使用し、グループ学習環境で初学者が基礎的技能を効果的に習得するための学習方略とその体系化を検討した。まず、小学校音楽科の学習指導要領に基づき、「音楽を形づくっている要素」から演奏の基盤を作るための要素を選定し、質的・量的アプローチによるアンケート調査を実施し、技能習得プロセスの順序性と基礎要件の分析を行った。その結果、「弾き直し」による演奏の途切れが初学者が抱える技術的諸問題の中で重要な課題であることが明らかになった。そこで、この問題を分析視点として、新しい概念を構想しながら対処するための練習方略を検討している。また、「全訳バイエルピアノ教則本」は個別学習で技術を向上させることが主目的であるため、拍子や形式、スラー、フレーズなどの曲想を支える要素や、豊かな音楽表現を理解するための要素について、創造的思考力を促す部分や、コミュニケーションスキルおよび批判的思考力を高めながら課題を解決するためのアプローチが困難であることが示唆された。これに対応するには、他者との関わりを促して様々な角度から学習を展開することが望まれる。そのためには、個別学習用テキストに対応させた音楽表現や高次的な能力を育成する補助的な教材や活動の開発が必要である。こうした取り組みを行うことで、初学者の多面的な能力向上が期待される。
