项目摘要

本研究の中核的な問いは，「熟達教員の授業と初任教員の授業が同期した中で，熟達教員の授業中の行為から初任教員の授業内で省察を行い授業力向上する研修は組織できないのか」である。そして，「授業の映像を様々な参加態度の参加者に対応できる映像撮影システム構築」と「授業の中で初任教員の省察を自覚させ促す教員養成研修システム構築」の２点を通して研究を推進する。令和４年度では，初任者と熟達教員が遠隔で同時に授業を実施できるシステムを考案し，小学校理科の授業で研修会を計画し，実施した。その結果，このシステムの良さと改善点を洗い出すことができ，これについては，学会発表を行った。また，学会発表により指摘を受けた点を考慮し，再分析を試みたところ，査読論文として投稿するに至っている。『問い』の達成のために，様々な参観態度の参加者が満足できる映像撮影システムの構築に向け，コロナ禍において小・中学校で実施した授業公開でのビデオ映像の質的な内容分析を実施した。その結果，4つのタイプに分類することが明らかとなった。この4タイプのビデオ映像を視聴した授業参観者が，どのような気付きを示すのかを明らかにするために，まず，条件を統一して4つのビデオ映像を制作した。その映像を同一の参観者に視聴させ，ビデオ映像に対する気付きをデータ化し分析をしている。
