项目摘要

スリランカ国の農務省家畜衛生局、獣医研究所、ペラデニア大学、国立海洋研究機構でエビ養殖における抗生物質利用の状況について聞き取り調査を行った。スリランカでは稚エビ生産の段階では一部の抗生物質の利用が認められているが、その後のエビ養殖の生産段階では抗生物質の利用は認められていないことが明らかとなった。特に、スリランカではエビ養殖においてBMP（Better Management Practice）と呼ばれる衛生管理手法の導入を進め、エビの輸出（特にヨーロッパと日本）による外貨獲得を目指している。このBMPのもとでもは抗生物質の利用は認められていないことも明らかとなった2022年8月にスリランカで最もエビ養殖が盛んであるプッタラム地区でエビ養殖業者からの聞き取り調査を行った。養殖業者ではBMPの導入が進んでいるものの、その十分な理解・定着が進んではおらず、BMPの理解が進むと、エビ収穫時の廃棄割合が少なくなる可能性が明らかになった。エビ養殖業者への飼料などの生産資材を提供する、プッタラム地区の飼料会社での聞き取り調査も実施した。飼料工場のホワイトボードには利用が禁止されているはずの抗生物質（オキシテトラサイクリン）の文字が書かれており、エビ養殖業者における抗生物質利用の可能性が示唆された。以上の研究から、利用されている可能性の高い３種類の抗生物質に焦点を絞り、プッタラム地区で次年度に疫学調査を進めることで、上記関係機関の了解を得た。

The above research has high possibility of utilization, focusing on three kinds of antibiotics, focusing on the next year's epidemic investigation in different regions, and understanding the relationship between the above mentioned institutions.
