本研究は、本研究では、精神保健領域で共同創造を実践していくにあたっての現場の困難とその対応策を実践者や実践組織に対する調査および公開資料の分析により整理し、共同創造実践の推進要素をまとめようとする研究である。共同創造実践は、場面によって、また立場によって感じる困難や取り得る対応が異なることが想定されるため、事業や組織での共同創造場面（中間レベル）、政策場面（マクロレベル）、研究場面（メタレベル）それぞれについて調査を行う。また特に、精神障害当事者と精神保健福祉サービス従事者の共同創造に際して、それぞれの立場からの共同創造の導入や実践の推進に役立つことを、精神障害当事者と研究者との研究の共同創造を通じてまとめることを目的としている。2022年度はこの研究の第一段階として、研究チームの基盤作りと文献検討を計画していた。研究チームの基盤作りは、どの研究でも当然行われているものであり、目標や計画としてあげられることは少ないが、共同創造による研究遂行のためには、研究者のみで行う研究より多大な時間をかけて準備をし、研究方針共有、研究計画立案、調査内容確認と、チームの研修や勉強会が必要と考えるため、あえて第1段階として設定した。本研究では、2022年度は、共同創造に関する勉強会を継続的に行うと共に、共同創造に関する催しや、共同創造により実施されているリカバリーカレッジの実践の場面で、精神健康不調の経験者と支援者や研究者が集まる場でヒアリングやディスカッションを行い、研究チームの基盤作りを行った。また、共同創造に関する資料収集を継続して行った。
