项目摘要

日本語学習者のコミュニケーションにおける問題修復の方法を体系的に提示することを目的に、平成25年度の実施計画とした下記4項目に基づき、以下のように実施した。1. 日本語会話資料の収集 : 日本語教育機関に協力を依頼し、許可を得た上で会話資料を収集した。個人情報保護を重視した協力承諾書を調査協力者との間で交わし、調査協力者41名、合計20組の約40時間に及ぶ日本語学習者同士の日常日本語会話場面の調査を行った。対面インタビューを行い、調査協力者背景についても情報を収集した上で、音声に加え、表情や非言語行動も観察できるよう、デジタルビデオカメラとICレコーダーを複数台用いて、日本語会話場面の多方面から動画、音声データを収集した。2. 録画資料の文字データ化 : 調査者自身と外部委託によって、録画資料の文字データ化を行った。文字化の方法は、発話の間合いや重なり、非言語行動もデータ化できる会話分析の日本語文字化ルールを参考にデータベース化した。3. 分析 : 文字データと動画データを観察しながら、会話内で問題が起きた部分を取り出し、日本語学習者間での問題修復の方法を観察し、そこで行われている活動及び学習を、会話分析と成員カテゴリー化分析から探った。その結果、カテゴリー化と語彙理解の問題の解決課程にカテゴリー化が関わっていることが明らかになり、その分析に関し学会にて口頭発表予定(2014年度日本語教育学会春季大会、2014年6月、創価大学にて開催予定)。4. 学会発表 : 問題修復や学習との関連の考察を目指し、日本語学習者のコミュニケーションに関わる意識面の動きの質問紙調査結果をまとめ、学会発表を行った(計量国語学会、2013年9月、首都大学東京にて開催)。
