项目摘要

本年度は、大学の内部質保証における評価リテラシーに関する先行研究および一次資料の検討に着手した。政府、高等教育局、学生の評価リテラシーに関する文書その他資料を幅広く入手することで、学生の評価リテラシーの養成に関する社会的展開について分析した。６月の日本比較教育学会では、スウェーデンの複数の大学における評価テラシーについて考察した。具体的には、大学における評価者としての学生の資質を養成する取組みを考察するために、（１）学生の評価リテラシーを高めるための大学内組織の有無、（２）学生の評価リテラシーとして何を養成しようとしているのか、評価リテラシーの内容について確認した。例えば、評価リテラシー養成を支援する組織の有無について、ルンド大学には「質評価オフィス」が存在しており、内部質保証に参画する学生のサポートを行っている。このような大学内組織の有無について確認を行い、次いで評価者としての学生がどのような評価リテラシーを身につけることを目指しているのか、その内容について考究した。次年度において学生の評価リテラシーの項目や制度を考察するために、スウェーデンのウプサラ大学にて客員研究員として研究に従事する計画をたてている。長期で滞在するために必要な書類を準備し、研究課題の遂行に向けた環境整備を行った。さらに、客員研究員の期間に実施する研究計画や質的調査の質問項目を検討した。ウプサラ大学での受入研究者や、スウェーデンの高等教育に関する研究協力者と直接コンタクトをとり、次年度の研究計画について助言を受けた。また、ウプサラ大学の学生組合にも事前調査を実施し、学生側からの評価リテラシーの視点についても情報収集を実施した。
