项目摘要

本研究は、若者の就労問題を教育現場から改善することを意図して導入された大学のキャリア教育が、キャリア形成のジェンダー非対称性を強化する潜在的機能を持つことを解明し、その是正を提起することを目的としている。初年度である令和4年度では、主に、大学のキャリア教育科目の前後で学生に質問紙調査を行った。その際、調査者の心情や研究倫理に十分な配慮を行った質問紙を作成し、調査は東京大学の倫理審査委員会における審査を受けたうえで実施した。調査の対象者は、日本の4年大学のキャリア教育科目を調査し、講義内容を把握したうえで、就労に特化したキャリア教育科目を必修または必須科目として受講することとなっている学生とした。対象となる大学に調査の協力を依頼した結果、4大学から約200名の学生の協力を得ることができた。調査内容としては、先行研究を整理した上で、「大学のキャリア教育は、既存の社会にある、キャリア上のジェンダーによる不平等を再生産しているのではないか」という仮説を立て、その仮説に基づいた調査に取り組んだ。また、今後進めていく学生の視点以外からも大学のキャリア教育の分析を行うことで、上記の仮説を多角的に検証することを目指した。具体的には、前年度のキャリア教育科目を担当する教職員へのインタビュー調査によって、教員の視点に基づいて仮説を検証した。この分析結果から学会での報告を行ったのち、論文を執筆し、学会機関誌に投稿している。また、大学のキャリア教育の受講が仕事への不安にどう影響するのかについて、量的調査から分析し、論文を執筆し、東京大学大学院教育学研究科紀要に掲載された。

This study aims to improve the quality of education and enhance its potential function. In the first year and the fourth year, students were questioned before and after the main course and university course. The investigation was conducted by the Ethics Review Committee of the University of Tokyo. The students in the 4-year university were investigated and the contents of the lectures were grasped.
