Construction and assesment of curriculum for clinical pharmacy education in post graduate school of pharmacy, newly established in national and private university.

目前临床领域的药师不仅要做一个无差错的配药师，而且要做一个深入了解药品本质、合理用药的可能专家。由于目前医疗知识和技术的发展非常显著，药学院在4年的教育时间内不可能对学生进行适当的知识和培训。在这种情况下，大多数药学院都成立了临床药学专业的研究生院，旨在促进临床药学的教学和研究。然而，日本传统的药学教育体系是以“创造医学”为主要目标的，与临床教学有很大的脱节。然后，临床药学研究生教育按照各高校确定的课程设置，以校内实训或校外医院实训的形式进行。然而，仅仅在研究生院的研究中心教学体系中增加“临床药学教育=医院培训”的指责，并不能仅仅通过结合医院培训来逃避。于是，提出了可能必须改变对传统“研究生院”的承认的问题。然后，我们大学开展了原创和预训，并正在努力将医院培养和研究生院的研究有机衔接。大学。德岛的创办了临床药学研究生院，在3年内，神户药科大学走过了2年，研究生教育的结果成了问号。本研究比较了国立大学和私立药学院不同研究生院的临床药学教育存在的问题和未来的指导性。

The pharmacists in the clinical field at present are expected to be not only a error-free dispenser of the drugs, but also as a possible specialist on understanding the essence of the medicine deeply, and carrying out "proper use" of the drugs. As the development of knowledge and technology concerning the medical treatment is remarkable at present, it became impossible for pharmaceutical school to give proper knowledge and training to the students within 4 years education. Under such situation, most school of pharmacy founds the graduate school which majors in clinical pharmacy, and it intends to be made to improve education and research of the clinical pharmacy. However, the traditional system of the pharmaceutical education in Japan is "the creation of medicine" to be a principal objective and that it greatly separated from being clinical with it. Then, postgraduate education of clinical pharmacy is done in the form which built in the training in university hospital or extramural hospital with the curriculum which each university decided. However, the blame that it is only adding "the clinical pharmacy education = hospital training" to research center instructional system of "graduate school", can not be escaped only by incorporating the hospital training only. Thereupon, the question that the recognition for conventional "graduate school" might have to be changed was submitted. Then, our university carries out the original and pre-training, and is making the effort for organically linking hospital training and research in the graduate school. Univ. of Tokushima founded clinical pharmacy graduate school, in 3 years, Kobe pharmaceutical university passed through 2 years, and it became that the result of postgraduate education was asked. In this study, each problem and future directivity were examined in comparison with the different graduate school clinical pharmacy education in national university and private pharmaceutical college.
