Studies on role of the stromal cell which regulates the histology

我们重点研究了在低分化前列腺癌（柱状癌和索状癌）中大量存在的基质成分以及抗雄激素（CMA）对前列腺基质细胞的直接作用。无血清培养基质细胞增殖被CMA剂量依赖性地抑制，IL-6恢复了这种抑制作用。CMA降低基质细胞条件培养基中IL-6浓度（10-9 M ~ 10-6M）。前列腺组织基质细胞中存在IL-6 mRNA，但CMA对IL-6 mRNA表达水平无影响。从这些结果可以看出，CMA通过降低基质细胞细胞膜的通透性来减少IL-6向CM的释放。

We focused on stromal component which was abundantly included for the poorly differentiated prostatic cancer (column and cord) and the direct effect of antiandrogen(CMA) to the prostatic stromal cells. Stromal cell proliferation in serum free culture was dose-dependently inhibited by CMA and IL-6 recovered these inhibitory effects. IL-6 concentration in conditioned medium of stromal cells was decreased by CMA(10-9 M〜10-6M). IL-6 mRNA were present in stromal cells from prostatic tissues but CMA did not effect the expression of mRNA level.From these results, it was indicated that IL-6 release to the CM decreased by lowering the permeability of the cell membrane of stromal cells by CMA.
