The coordination project will deal with all administrative, organizational, and representative tasks of the research initiative on Scalable Visual Analytics, i.e. the organization and coordination of all activities related to the research initiative including (1) the preparation and organization of special interest groups and joint workshops, (2) maintaining international contacts and establishing new international collaborations in the area of Visual Analytics, (3) collection and distribution of scientific materials, (4) representation of the strategic research initiative at international conferences and organizations, and (5) dissemination of the research results and technology transfer.
