项目摘要

With the Hyogoken-Nanbu great earthquake desaster at 17 Jan. 1995, every Ministries, Government-offices and local self-government offices had investigated measures davised to deal with such a great desaster. But they doesn't know the patients' activities of having medical treatment, when patients will have such a great desaster, so we and governner can't construct the medical network for that time.Purposes of these studies are to rearise the patients' activities of having medical treatment, when patients will have such a great dasaster. Investigations were conducted as follows, 1) 10 collect records of patients' addresses of 6 hospitals at 7days after the Hyogoken-Nanbu great earthquake desaster, 2) to collect records of the taking patients to hospitais in an ambulance, 3) to collect records of refugees' addresses of the place of refuge, and 4) to send out questionnaires about which hospital will be selected at the comming great earthquake desaster. According to above investigations, we could know the patients' activities of having medical treatment, when patients will have such a great desaster.
1995年1月17日发生兵库县南部大地震灾害后,各政府部门、政府办公室和地方自治办公室都研究了应对这种巨大灾害的措施。但是他们不知道病人的医疗活动,当病人会有这么大的灾难,所以我们和政府不能构建医疗网络,这些研究的目的是重新唤起病人的医疗活动,当病人会有这么大的灾难。调查内容如下:1)收集兵库县南部大地震灾难后7天内6家医院的患者地址记录,2)收集用救护车将患者送往医院的记录,3)收集避难地的难民地址记录,(4)对即将到来的大地震灾害中选择哪家医院进行问卷调查。通过以上的调查,我们可以了解到病人的就医行为,什么时候病人会有这么大的灾难。
