项目摘要

スーパー救急病棟に入院している気分障害の患者のうち、入院後2週間を起点として前後2週間(±2週間：入院直後～入院4週間)の期間内に文書による同意を得た80名（双極性障害40名、うつ病40名）を対象として、気分障害の認知機能の詳細を評価する。認知機能の詳細評価を行った症例に対し、入院中に施行する心理教育プログラムの説明を行い、プログラム参加への同意を得た40名（双極性障害20名、うつ病20名）に認知機能障害改善を軸とした心理教育プログラムを実施し、「プログラム介入群」として評価する。プログラムの前後において、認知機能及び社会機能、気分障害の症状の評価を行い、改善の効果についてプログラム未実施者（非介入群）を対照に比較検討を行う。また全研究対象者に１年後郵送によりアンケート調査（臨床指標：認知機能質問評価（SCoRS-J）・社会活動状況）を施行し、心理教育プログラムの認知機能改善の効果の持続を検証する。現在はスーパー救急病棟に入院している気分障害の患者20名（双極性障害9人、うつ病11人）に同意を得て、神経心理検査、症状評価等を行い認知機能、社会機能を始めとする気分障害の詳細のデーターを蓄積している。入院中に施行する心理教育プログラムの説明を行い同意を得た7名に心理教育プログラムを施行しその前後で認知機能、症状評価等を行いデーターを集積している。また全研究対象者に１年後郵送によるアンケート調査を実施予定であるが、まだ１年たっていないため施行されていない。
