项目摘要

１．「山形産」アートワークショップネットワーク構築：山形県内の保健医療福祉職ネットワーク構築に向けた連携会議（月1回）および研修会開催（11月・3月）を実施した。看護職、理学療法士、医療ソーシャルワーカー、社会福祉士など多職種が参加し、国内外の先進事例の紹介、今後の山形県内の課題等についてディスカッションを行った。とりわけ、県内保健医療福祉現場の人手の少なさや時間的・心理的余裕のなさ、コロナ禍の状況での集合イベント開催の難しさ等が共有され、地元で活躍するアーティストの少なさ、アクセスの困難などの問題点も整理された。一方で、コロナ禍において、高齢者や障害者の閉じこもりやフレイルが深刻化している問題も提起された。２．「山形産」アートワークショップ実践・評価・修正：コロナ禍の影響により、大人数でのワークショップの開催は困難であったが、アーティストらとの協働により、アートワークショップのプログラム作成・実践を3件行った。地域高齢者向けのダンスワークショップ１件（30名程度が参加）、親子向けダンスワークショップ１件（５組：12名の親子が参加）、保健医療福祉関係者向け身体ワークショップ（7名参加）。高齢者のワークショップでは、通いなれた地区公民館が規制で使用できず、市内の別会場で実施したことが参加率や満足度を下げる結果となった。その一方で、多様な地区からの参加があることで交流が深まる効果がみられた。親子ワークショップでは、大人も一緒に楽しむことで子どもたちの表現を引き出し、主体性をはぐくむ内容となったことが評価された。保健医療福祉関係者向け身体ワークショップでは、理論に基づいた身体の動かし方を確認し、多様な対象に合わせたユニバーサルなアートワークショップのあり方を学ぶ機会とすることができた。
