本研究の目的は、LGBTQsの健康課題に関して当事者が求めるケアを明らかにしたうえで、LGBTQsの健康課題に関する看護教育プログラムを作成することである。看護教育の充実により、当事者が尊厳と敬意をもってケアされる医療環境の提供への一助となることを目指している。研究は4年間の計画で行っており、初年度である2022年度は第1段階として「LGBTQsの人々が求める看護ケアの探求」について文献検討を実施した。文献は国内外と幅広く実施しており、海外文献では教育実践報告が直近10年間において増加傾向にあることが確認できた。国内においても近年報告は徐々に増加している。社会的にも同性婚訴訟やLGBT法案が注目を集めており関心は高いと考えられるが、医療との接点を考えた時には依然として見えにくい部分があるのが実情である。

The purpose of this study is to establish a nursing education platform for LGBTQs health issues related to those concerned.
