项目摘要

本研究課題の目的は、①地域で生活する精神障害者と家族、地域にて支援にあたる通所施設、外来、デイ・ナイトケア、訪問看護師等のCOVID-19パンデミックによる影響として、生活や療養行動、業務、感染予防行動、困難、そして心身の状態の状況や変化を明確化し、②①の内容を反映し、現在そして将来のパンデミックにおいても当事者の地域生活継続と周囲の支援者が活用できるコンセンサスガイドラインを作成することである。本研究課題では地域で生活する精神障害者と周辺の支援者を対象とするため、精神障害にも対応した地域包括ケアシステムを参考に、順次対象と方法を変えて調査を実施することとし、まずは当事者とそれに近しい家族、通所施設を第1相として、次に医療関係者を第2相とし、最終的にはこれら全般を対象とする第3相からなる段階的な構成とした。段階的に研究活動を進め、最終的には当事者と支援者全体に資するコンセンサスガイドラインの作成をめざすものである。2022年度はこの第1相に該当し、精神障害を持ちながら地域で生活する当事者および家族、通所施設スタッフを対象として、計30名程度の聞き取り調査を行うこととしていた。人口学的属性、精神症状や生活状況や困難、感染予防行動、ニーズ等の他に、心身の健康状態、QOL、個人特性レジリエンス等については尺度も使用し、フィジビリティについても検討を行う予定としている。この調査実施のため当事者の自助グループ、家族支援者、通所施設長らと準備を行っていたが、夏季より、COVID-19のオミクロン株感染者増加にあわせ関係者や組織からも感染者が続出した。この状況を受けて関係者の安全に配慮し、聞き取り調査を延期した。2023年度のCOVID-19の5類移行後に改めて調査を行う予定としている。本研究課題に関連して、通所施設を利用する精神障害者に関する研究成果を国際学会にて発表した。

The objectives of this research project are: (1) to clarify the impact of COVID-19 on people living with mental disorders, families, regional support, communication facilities, external sources, business, infection prevention activities, difficulties, and psychosomatic status;(2) to reflect the content of COVID-19; Now, in the future, we'll be working with the people involved in the local life, and we'll be working with the people involved in the local life. The investigation was postponed due to the safety concerns of the affected parties. In 2023, the COVID-19 category 5 post-migration survey will be conducted in the future. This research project is related to the application of mental disorders by the Institute and is presented to the International Society for the Study of Mental Disorders.
