本研究の目的は、看護師の認知症肯定的イメージを高める基盤的要因と考えられる、認知症症状に対する看護師の「認知的評価（影響性の評価、コミットメント、コントロール可能性）」と、「認知症に対する知識」の関連を検討することである。看護師の認知症肯定的イメージを高めるための基盤的要因である認知的評価と、認知症に関する知識との関連が明らかになることで、臨床・教育の場において認知症高齢者への看護実践力をより高めるための教育プログラムの開発や、認知症看護の実践力向上に寄与できると考える。2022年度は、本研究で使用する質問紙の作成に着手し、「認知症イメージ」に関する尺度開発に取り組むこととした。先ず、「認知症イメージ」の概念を明確化するため、日本における認知症高齢者を看護する看護師の体験の様相を、既存の質的研究の知見を統合して構造化することを目的に、「認知症イメージ」に関する文献研究を行った。和文献の検索では、医中誌Web版を用いて「認知症」「看護師」「質的研究」をキーワードとし、原著論文に絞り込み219文献を抽出した。英文献はPubMed、CINAHLを用いて「Dementia」「Nurse」「Qualitative Research」「Japan」をキーワードとし14文献を抽出した。また、看護師の「認知症イメージ」の内容を明らかにすることを目的に、病院で認知症看護に携わる看護師を対象としたインタビュー調査を実施した。これまでに、19名からデータ収集を終えている。今後、文献研究では分析対象となる文献を選出し、認知症看護における看護師の体験の様相を構造化していく予定である。また、インタビュー調査では得られたデータの分析を進め、看護師の「認知症イメージ」の内容を明らかにしていく。
