本研究の目的は、地域包括ケアシステムにおける在宅医療・介護の充実につながる訪問看護師による社会的資源の創出につながる実践知を明らかにし、実践が可能となる要因や環境因子などを検証することである。地域包括ケアシステムにおける地域医療・介護の発展につながる訪問看護師の活動を推進し、各地域の既存の社会システムでは対応困難な多様な課題を抱えた療養者への訪問看護師の社会への貢献を示すことにつながるものと考えている。初年度は、先行研究をレビューし、訪問看護師と社会資源に関する課題を整理した。その結果、「社会資源に関する適切な情報提供の実践」「社会資源に関する情報と知識の不足」「社会資源活用のマネジメントスキルの課題」「多様な背景をもつ療養者と家族を対象とした社会資源活用の難しさ」「社会資源の不足」「地域における社会資源を含む支援体制の構築」「アセスメント項目としての社会資源に関する認識」が訪問看護師の活動における社会資源に関する課題として取り上げられていた。文献レビューについては、国際学会(7 th WANS 2022, Taipei, Taiwan)で発表した。文献レビューを参考に、インタビューガイドを作成し、インタビュー調査の研究計画を立て、倫理委員会より研究計画の承認を経て、調査を開始した。機縁と商業雑誌の寄稿記事等から、調査対象候補となる訪問看護師を探し、対象者として選定し調査を順次依頼している。承諾が得られた対象者から半構造化インタビュー調査を実施している。10名程度の調査を実施したところで分析をはじめ、追加分析について検討する予定である。
