(1)The double yoke type single sheet tester (SST) is best from the view point of demagnetization of the magnetic circuit.(2)The H-coil method which is popular in Japan is superior to the magnetizing coil method (MC method) of which magnetic characteristics are strongly influenced by the construction of the yoke.(3)The digital feed back method is better than the analogue feed back method to control the flux waveform. The waveform control at high flux density is difficult by the analogue method.(4)The data averagings of 150 to 200 times of the flux density and the magnetic field (strength are useful for eliminaiing the noise in signals which are very low.(5)The phase differences between output and input should be the same for the B-measunng circuit and the H-measuring circuit(6)The direction of the SST against earth magnetism should be examined carefully.
(1)从磁路退磁的角度来看,双轭型单片试验机(SST)最好。(2)在日本流行的H线圈方法上级磁化线圈方法(MC方法),磁化线圈方法的磁特性受磁轭结构的强烈影响。(3)数字反馈法控制磁通波形优于模拟反馈法。采用模拟方法难以实现高磁通密度下的波形控制。(4)对磁通密度和磁场强度取150 ~ 200倍的平均值,对消除信号中的噪声是有用的。(5)B测量电路和H测量电路的输出和输入之间的相位差应相同。(6)应仔细检查SST对地磁的方向。
