Standard measuring method of amorphous magnetic materials

(1)从磁路退磁的角度来看，双轭式单片测试仪（SST）是最好的。(2)日本流行的h型线圈法优于磁化线圈法（MC法），后者的磁特性受轭架结构的影响较大。(3)数字反馈法比模拟反馈法对磁通波形的控制效果更好。用模拟方法控制高磁通密度下的波形比较困难。(4)对磁通密度和磁场强度取150 ~ 200倍的数据平均值，可有效地消除极低信号中的噪声。(5)测b电路和测h电路的输出和输入相位差应相同。(6)应仔细检查海表温度对地磁的方向。

(1)The double yoke type single sheet tester (SST) is best from the view point of demagnetization of the magnetic circuit.(2)The H-coil method which is popular in Japan is superior to the magnetizing coil method (MC method) of which magnetic characteristics are strongly influenced by the construction of the yoke.(3)The digital feed back method is better than the analogue feed back method to control the flux waveform. The waveform control at high flux density is difficult by the analogue method.(4)The data averagings of 150 to 200 times of the flux density and the magnetic field (strength are useful for eliminaiing the noise in signals which are very low.(5)The phase differences between output and input should be the same for the B-measunng circuit and the H-measuring circuit(6)The direction of the SST against earth magnetism should be examined carefully.
