项目摘要

本年度は、ヨルダンおよびイスラエルにおける開発に対するGCC加盟国の関与とその意義についての研究に引き続き取り組み、またこれまでの二年間の研究成果の発信を見据えて研究を進める予定であった。本年度の研究実施状況は以下の二点の通りである。一点目に、昨年度に続いてヨルダンの対イスラエル関係および対GCC加盟国関係の経済的側面と、ヨルダンのGCC加盟をめぐる議論とその進展に着目して研究を行った。特に、パレスチナ／イスラエル問題に加えてシリア紛争が長期化している中で、両地域に隣接するヨルダンが紛争との直接的な相関性という存立基盤をいかにして保持しているのかという点に着目して、GCC加盟国やイスラエル、国内の主要なアクターとなっているシリア難民や彼らを保護する国際機関との関係から検討を進めた。また、補足資料の収集のために12月にヨルダン・アンマーンに滞在し、内務省統計局・ヨルダン大学図書館・国立図書館などで統計資料や政府発行文書・現地紙バックナンバー、中東地域で発行された著書や論文集等を収集した。二点目に、これまでの研究成果の発信に向けての準備を行い、その一部としてヨルダンの国家形成におけるパレスチナ／イスラエル問題の位置づけにかんする論考を執筆したほか、共訳者の一人として参加していたパレスチナ／イスラエル問題にかんする翻訳書が刊行された。これらの研究活動の実施にあたっては、日本学術振興会が発行した研究倫理教育教材を読了したうえで理解度チェックテストを実施し、「研究倫理教育に関する報告書」を研究機関に提出した。
