项目摘要

本研究は、戦時中から戦後にかけてシンガポールおよび香港で活動した「文化人」のネットワークを見ることよって、戦時期から戦後にかけての文化活動の連続と断絶、「戦争の記憶」の創造・継承・忘却のあり方を浮き彫りにするものである。平成27年度は、主にこれまでの資料調査や分析に基づく研究発表を行った。特にシンガポールで収集した資料を中心的に取り上げた研究発表に努めた。国内では、20世紀メディア研究所第98回研究会において「従軍漫画家が描いた東南アジアの女性像」と題する発表、ならびにアジア教育史学会において「日本占領下シンガポールにおける文化政策」と題する発表を行った。国外では、2015 AAS-in-Asia Conferenceにおいて‘Double Dilemma in Japanese Cultural Policies in Its Empire: Japanese Intellectuals' Experiences in Wartime Singapore’と題する発表、ならびにInter-Asia Cultural Studies Society Conference 2015において‘Images of Southeast Asian Women from the Perspective of a Wartime Japanese Cartoonist’と題する発表を行った。さらに、これまでの研究成果のうち、戦時期のシンガポールを扱ったものは、博士学位申請論文「日本占領下シンガポールにおける文化政策」としてまとめ、一橋大学大学院言語社会研究科に提出した。同論文では、日本内地における戦時期の南方文化工作に関する構想、日本占領下シンガポールにおけるメディア環境、現地で提供された娯楽の諸相、現地で活動した日本人文化人の活動など、多岐にわたるトピックについて記述した。

This study focuses on the development of cultural activities in Hong Kong, the creation of memory, the inheritance and forgetting of cultural activities. In 2007, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance conducted a survey and analysis of the data. Special attention should be paid to the collection of data and the development of research projects. The 98th Seminar of the National Institute of Education in the 20th Century held a presentation on the topic "Women's Portrait of Military Cartoonists in Southeast China" and a presentation on the topic "Cultural Policy under Japanese Occupation" held by the Institute of Educational History. International and 2015 AAS-in-Asia Conference "Double Dilemma in Japanese Cultural Policies in Its Empire: Japanese Intellectuals' Experiences in Wartime Singapore'," Inter-Asia Cultural Studies Society Conference 2015 "Images of Southeast Asian Women from the Perspective of a Wartime Japanese Cartoonist". The research results of the Japanese occupation were presented by the Graduate School of Speech and Society, Hitotsubashi University. In the same paper, the author supposes that the southern cultural work during the period of Japanese occupation is related to the environment, and provides a description of the activities of Japanese cultural people under the Japanese occupation.
