本研究の目的は，日本における長寿リスクに関して，(1)先行研究での問題点を改善し，かつ現実的にも整合的なモデルを提案すること，(2)ベイズ予測分布の中立化による長寿リスクの評価を行うこと，(3)長寿リスクの証券化やリバースモーゲージ等，長寿リスクのヘッジの枠組みを提示し，その評価を行うこと，の3点である．その際，ベイズ法によるアプローチを用いてモデル推定，将来予測，長寿リスク評価，さらに証券化商品等長寿リスクをヘッジできる商品の評価を一貫した枠組みで行う．平成26年度の研究実施計画は， (a)前年度得られた結果を基に，日本における長寿リスクのヘッジの枠組みを提案し，ベイズ法によるアプローチを用い，リバースモーゲージ等の長寿リスクをヘッジできる商品の評価を行うこと，(b)ここまでで得られた長寿リスクに関するモデル，評価，ヘッジの枠組みについての見地に基づき，長寿リスクに関する制度面での調査を進め，日本で長寿リスクの証券化商品の普及が進まない要因や，リバースモーゲージが普及しない要因を探り，今後日本でこれらが普及するために必要な要因を提示すること，の2点であった．(a)について，平成25年度に引き続き，長寿リスクに関する研究動向の整理を行い，アメリカやヨーロッパにおける長寿リスクやリバースモーゲージの証券化に関する論文等，長寿リスクのヘッジの枠組みに関する論文を集中して読み込んだ．また，日本のデータを用いた住宅価格の予測を行い，リバースモーゲージ等の長寿リスクをヘッジできる商品の評価につなげた．(b)について，長寿リスクに関する制度面での調査として，まず過去日本において扱われたリバースモーゲージなどの長寿リスクに関する商品について調査した．また，これらの商品の背景となった要因を探るため，制度面に注目した論文やレポートを集中的に読み込んだ．

The objectives of this study are: (1) to conduct a pilot study on the improvement of the problem points in Japan, and to propose a proposal for the integration of existing data,(2) to neutralize the distribution of data, and (3) to provide guidance on the evaluation of longevity data, and so on. In the meantime, the evaluation of commodities such as securitization commodities is consistent with the evaluation of commodities such as securitization commodities. The research and implementation plan for 2007 - 2008 includes: (a) based on the results obtained in the previous year, a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan, a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan, and a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan;(b) a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan, and a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan; and (c) a proposal for the establishment of a long-term service group in Japan based on the results of the previous year. The investigation on the institutional aspects of longevity is progressing, and the main reasons for the popularization of securitized commodities in Japan are explored. The necessary factors for the popularization of securitized commodities in Japan in the future are suggested. (a)In 2015, the research trends of longevity and related issues were sorted out, and the papers on securitization of longevity and related issues were collected. Japan's housing market is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years. (b)In the past, Japan's long-lived products have been investigated. The background of the commodity is mainly due to the exploration of the system.
