The project vision is to improve the management of work-related stress. The project will measure the long-term physiological response of employees in order to objectively assess stress and recovery levels. This will be linked to a software platform to enable organisations to accurately identify improvement areas for wellbeing and business performance that the organisation can implement across the entire workforce, and to help employees to make positive changes to their own lifestyle. This will allow organisations to adopt, for the first time, evidence-based practices to improve workplace stress.
