英文摘要
**Independent musical artists** - in other words, artists who haven't signed a contract with an agent - generated £656m in 2019 worldwide, i.e. a 4.1% market share of the global recorded music industry. They are, in practice, managers of their own brand and have as such to take care of various tasks, such as planning their shows, preparing the release of their latest EP or managing their royalties. Artists often have multiple streams of income (Digital Service Provider (DSPs), independent label contracts, live performances...) **making their financial management very arduous**. While various digital solutions exist that can help them in their business management tasks, both generic like Asana and sector-specific like ABOSS, **no current solution gives them end-to-end control of their work, from creation to revenue generation**.We at **One House** will leverage our experience as a global-reaching booking and management agency to create an all-inclusive solution. It will transform the prospects of independent artists by giving them access to:* **Reporting & analytics,*** **Real-time finance management (with forecasts),*** **Project administration & calendar,*** **Social and collaboration tool.**Our solution **will effectively digitise agents' and managers' expertise**, and will be co-created with artists in order to best answer their specific needs. **One House Platform** will empower creatives, enabling them to manage their multiple streams of revenue and to optimise their releases thanks to dedicated machine-learning- enhanced analytics analysing worldwide data to suggest optimal asset-release dates. This will help independent artists of all means to develop their financial independence, **making it easier for them to live off their art**.
