The project will develop our ability to create and offer, exciting online, as well as in-class, curriculum, to support the skills gap in the creative industries.This will be achieved by developing new programmes and courses as part of our 'Creators Academy'. At present, we offer a limited range of programmes to creatives however, we wish to progress further and build on our current foundation of courses, particularly in the areas of videography and motion graphics.The project will also enable us to develop new online digital learning products that can be purchased at scale, by other training organisations and individuals, nationally. In particular, we have explored creating materials and online learning content that could be utilised in a range of apprenticeship programmes by other training providers. This ensures they have expert, industry-led resources at the heart of their curriculum. This will support our growth, as the making learning accessible to the next generation of creatives.It will also help our business understand how new immersive technologies can be be applied to production and creative services. Particularly how we can develop higher value eLearning services by applying immersive 3D tools and accessing new clients.
