The project aims to use Discauton's cutting edge quantum laser imaging technique to develop a demonstrator system to prove Discauton's ability to have a game changing impact on the in-process inspection of Semiconductor wafer etching. This will dramatically improve the productivity of semiconductor fabrication facilities.
