One in five children start school overweight or obese, and a third of children leave primary school overweight or obese. Nearly two thirds of adults in the UK are overweight or obese.Dietary Assessment's vision, and the main motivation behind this project, is to help health practitioners to better track, monitor and improve diets and to reduce the incidence of diet related disease across the globe."
