A platform for the generation of natural product-based non-ribosomal peptide librariesdescription: Non-ribosomal peptides are an interesting class of natural products, with several members showing impressive bioactivity against a variety of diseases. As such they have been extensively employed as therapeutic agents. A platform for the generation and screening of compound libraries based on these structures would be extremely valuable in drug discovery. Here, we will develop a method for the generation of randomised libraries of natural-product-like compounds. These compounds will be assayed for inhibition of a given protein-protein interaction.
