This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. An observational study to determine the impact and safety of discontinuing PCP and MAC prophylaxis regimens in relation to the incidence of serious bacterial infections and other opportunistic infections (HIV). Additionally, there will be an administration of Hepatitis A vaccine to measure response to neoantigen. Patients, ages 2 to 21 years, will be observed until the last patient enrolled has completed 104 weeks of observation.
