Increased oxidative stress, inflammation and endothelial dysfunction are biologically linked in patients with chronic kidney disease. 2. Increased oxidative stress, inflammation, and endothelial dysfunction contribute to cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease. 3. Progressive loss of kidney function over time increases oxidative stress, inflammation, and endothelial dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease.
