DESCRIPTION (provided by applicant): Conference Objectives are: 1. To provide a forum to support the advancement of clinical research training. 2. To identify and disseminate effective methods for clinical research training. 3. To provide a forum for clinical research training directors, staff and trainees to network and establish collaborative relationships in support of clinical research training. 4. To provide a forum for the CTSA KL2, Roadmap K12 and K30 scholars to present their work among their peers and provide training sessions to assist them in their career development. 5. To provide a common forum for the clinical research training activities for four key NIH clinical research training elements: the Association for Clinical Research Training (representing the NIH K30 programs, among others), the Roadmap K12 Clinical Research Scholars Program, the CTSA KL2 Clinical Research Scholars Program and the CTSA Education Core Steering Committee.
