SUMMARY: This Administrative Supplement for Equipment requests supplemental funds to purchase a multiplex fluorescent imaging system. The ability to simultaneously image and analyze multiple fluorophores will greatly facilitate the proposed studies of lipid-protein-DNA interactions and enable us to address more complex biological questions.
