PHASE II TRIAL OF EMD 121974 FOR RECURRENT GLIOBLASTOMA: A CLINICAL TRIAL WIT

The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. SPECIFIC AIMS: ¿ Evaluate how effective EMD 121974 is in treating brain tumors. In this phase II study, we will determine whether EMD 121974 has any activity in preventing the regrowth of the brain tumor. ¿ We will also determine the effect of EMD 121974 by surgically removing tumor after 3 treatments with EMD121974. ¿ Determine the safety and side effects of EMD 121974 when given to patients with brain tumors.
