This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the
resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and
investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source,

for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator.
To test the hypothesis that prenatal cocaine exposure targets the same dopaminergic circuits previously found to be impaired in children with ADHD
and to determine if prenatal alcohol exposure impairs these same circuits or whether its effects on attention are mediated through different neural pathways. To tests if cocaine-exposed is postsynaptic and therefore unresponsive to Methylphenidate. To examine brain structural abnormalities. To tests that PNAE is different than PNCE and idiopathic ADHD
