This proposal requests an upgrade of an existing time-domain fluorescence system through the acquisition of a synchroscan sweeping module for a steak camera in the system and a new picoseconds diode laser at 440 nm. The requested upgrade is essential to support research projects in developing technologies for high content screening of cancer drug leads and minimally-invasive optical biopsy guided cancer intervention.
