Signal intelligence finds applications in both commercial and military communications, such as civilian spectrum monitoring, cognitive radio, electronic warfare and radio surveillance. An important component of signal intelligence is signal classification (SIGC). The goal of the proposed activity is to develop an SIGC toolbox to be integrated with the ThinkRF WSA4000 hardware platform. The perfect match between the SIGC toolbox and ThinkRF hardware will provide a proof of concept for the SIGC algorithms and prove the hardware capabilities.
