The Cluep API has consistently been found to achieve anywhere from 75%-80% of human performance for determining both sentiment as well as emotion within user generated content on the social web (based on Robert Plutchik's 8-category classification of emotions). Cluep is seeing an increasingly demand of it's API amongst major leaders in multiple industries. Where once basic keyword-driven brand monitoring sufficed for many brands, today the demand for true insight through meaningful social intelligence is growing exponentially.
