This is an application for funds to acquire a supercontinuum ultrafast fiber laser with tunable (up to 8 simultaneous) outputs from 410 nm to 2,000 nm. The laser will be integrated to our combined setup for single molecule imaging (SMI), fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), and time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC, for ensemble time-resolved measurements).
