Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft (NBSK) is the Pulp & Paper industry's benchmark grade of pulp. Over the years, the NBSK pulp produced in British Columbia has developed a reputation for being a premium reinforcing pulp, with an ability to produce paper products of exceptionally high strength. This competitive advantage is due in part to the environmental factors relating to the growing conditions of spruce, pine, and fir trees, and in part through industrial experience and sustained research.
