Transformative Nano-Media proposes the early-stage development of nano-media, a new-generation information carrier with concurrent mul tispectral information storage and high-resolution visual display capabilities with potential applications across a wide-range of industries. Nano-media will be a strategic development for Canada since the proposed technology. has significant potential to ena ble the explosive dissemination of nano-devices, and, in particular, enable ground-breaking applications in the key area of information storage. The long-term i mplications of nano-med ia are far-reaching and have the potential to impact many industries and applications, including transformative impact on data storage and archiving; security, a uthentication and branding; flexible screens and digital gam ing; publishing and advertising; and health and wearable devices.
