英文摘要
Evolving changes in lifestyles give rise to new human behaviours being a challenge for an industry like Essilor. The digital use appears as a facilitator of daily life notably for displacements with several main uses notably while driving, walking or crossing street. Beyond close distance digital use, some frequent reallocation of visual focus between distant to close distance tasks and inversely arose as a new visual behaviour. Often when interacting with high attentional demands, this specific visual behaviour will be at the heart of this RDC project driven by the knowledge and know-how acquired on the research results of the NSERC-ESSILOR Industrial Research chair in the past five years. The RDC project proposes the development of a device to assess one critical behaviour of the ophthalmic lens wearer in their daily activities: the visual switching behavior of individuals during attentional demands. Embracing new commercial technologies, we want to generate by the use of a holographic device an ecological daily mobility scene with a complementary task by the use of a smartphone to create visuo-attentional demands. The device will assess the postural behaviour of individuals when reallocating their attention in a decision making situation. With a readiness technological level of 4, the project is based on know-how of both the academic and the industrial partners.**
