BWGlobal Inc. and Carleton University are collaborating to create a new generation of greenhouses with zero**waste, zero carbon-footprint, where energy and water stored in residual stems, stalks and leaves, is reclaimed**and recycled to grow more plants. The process will lessen pressure on landfills in Canada and lower methane**emissions, contributing positively to Canada's carbon credit. The project is being undertaken by students in**Sustainable Renewable Energy Engineering and Environmental Engineering at Carleton University.
