Somru Bioscience Inc. is an emerging biotechnology company dedicated to developing breakthrough antibody technologies for research, diagnostic and therapeutic applications. One of the projects that Somru is working on is called "Intelli.b". In Intelli.b, Somru attempts to use an antibody microarray- based approach to study the originator and biosimilar drug in order to understand the 3D structure of the involved proteins. Biosimilar drug is expected to be a cheaper alternative to the expensive originator drug. However, the major hurdle in the process of biosimilar development is how to ensure the similarity between the originator and biosimilar drug in a low-cost manner. The objective of Intelli.b is to provide a relatively-cheap technology to evaluate the biosimilarity between the originator and biosimilar drug. Specifically, in Intelli.b, a large volume of data about the 3D structure will be generated at the laboratory of Somru. Furthermore, Somru would like to fully utilize the publicly-available 3D protein structure data banks for comparison purposes. Since the data format adopted by each data bank tends to be unique, how to integrate the data from varied sources, including the data from Somru laboratory and that from different data banks, is a challenging problem. In the proposed project, we plan to design and implement a data integration scheme that effectively integrate the data from a variety of different sources for the biosimilarity study of Intelli.b. **
