Cogeneration is method by which the heat off of a power generators is recovered and utilized to produce more useful energy. By utilizing the excess heat off of a generator to heat a building or even generate more power, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions in the long term. This research will focus on investigating and developing a new cogeneration/Combined Heat Power (CHP) system tailored for the clients specific facility and economic needs. The expertise gained in this work will be used for design of these systems for other facilities.
